General Food Safety Training Incorporating HACCP (Basic Food Safety Training). Certified
by the Environmental Health Officers Association (EHOA), valid for 5 years. Mandatory
Training for all staff working at a Food Business.
All organisations involved in food production/food distribution, preparation, sales etc. are
required by law to comply with specific hygiene regulations. The course would involve
training in the basic principles of HACCP and food safety management.
